By placing an order with Pettlys (pettlys.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and issue a full refund if, for example, an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms.

8. Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
