1. Where We Ship

Pettlys currently ships to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes 5–10 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

4. Delivery Cost

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

6. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a notification with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collection.

7. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please contact us at support@pettlys.com and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
